This Electronic Disclosures and E-SIGN Consent Agreement (“E-SIGN Consent”) applies to your use of the FinCliq platform and services provided by FinCliq Inc. and its affiliates, including FinCliq Loan Services LLC (“FinCliq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

FinCliq Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank, and does not provide loans. Payment plans are facilitated and serviced by FinCliq Loan Services LLC. A down payment may be required. A flat Flex Fee may apply for each installment plan created. For extended or custom repayment plans, an additional extended plan fee may apply. FinCliq does not guarantee any merchant offer. Eligibility is evaluated using information from Consulytica and other data sources. Your payment activity may be reported to Consulytica and may impact your Consulytica profile. Payment options and availability vary by merchant and by state.
Some services may include automatic or recurring payments. By enrolling in Autopay, you authorize recurring debits from your selected payment method in accordance with your plan terms.
FinCliq Balance and Savings Circles are not bank accounts, are not FDIC insured, and are not redeemable for cash. Funds are usable only within the FinCliq platform and with approved merchants or products.
